My specialty is B2B crisis reporting and deep-dive risk analysis, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. I’ve built and led teams that handle the hardest problems out there—from sudden “Black Swan” events and geopolitical flashpoints to global health and trade shocks and extreme weather disruptions. At Resilinc, I led the integration of AI into research and editorial workflows, cutting reporting turnaround times while improving data accuracy.
Working alongside engineering and UI/UX teams, I helped overhaul the platform interface for both internal analysts and enterprise clients. I translated operational requirements into design specs, managed feature testing, and resolved interface bugs to ensure seamless usability across desktop and touch environments.
To address alert fatigue, I redesigned the platform's metadata and tagging taxonomy. By giving clients granular control over incident categories and routing triggers across email, push, and urgent alerts, we eliminated notification spam and ensured high-priority threat intelligence reached the right decision-makers immediately.
